Pour-im Adult Happy Hour & Mixology Class
Sunday, February 21 @ 5pm on Zoom
Because Purim is not just for children.
Let’s mix it up with this fun, late afternoon, pre-Purim celebration.
Join Jonathan Levy, of J&M Provisions, master mixologist and bartender, as he leads this fun, virtual cocktail class with detailed descriptions of crafting the drinks and time for questions and answers.
Mix along with Jonathan with our custom created Mixologist Mix Kit (see below) or just watch and learn.
And of course, invite your friends for this way way to meet other congregants, to relax after hours of playing in Sisterhood’s Mahj-a-thon that day, to learn some mixology, or, even, to get your start to Purim with a twist.
Please scroll down to complete your registration form. Once registered, you will receive the Zoom link for the event and details on how to get your Mixology Mixer Kit. You’ll also receive a reminder email.
While this is an online event, we still have expenses, so please consider making a contribution for each person you register.
May we suggest these giving levels:
Cocktail Shaker: $36
We would not want to let your financial situation to keep you from joining us, just make a gift you are comfortable with giving!
Mix Along with your own Mixologist Mixer Kit
Mixologist Jonathan has crafted three custom mixers for this event. Mix along by ordering our Mixer Kit, which includes 3 single-serve mini bottles of mixers. These are non-alcoholic components of the cocktails to be made during the virtual class. You will need to provide barware and the spirit and garnish, if you choose.
Sorry, the deadline for ordering has passed. For those who ordered, you will be contacted to arrange receipt of your Mixer Kit. If you forgot to order, check in with Barbara Chapman to find out if any extra kits are available.
