Religious School

IHC's Religious School is accredited by the National Association of Temple Educators, proving that we are dedicated to the Jewish education of our children. Read what it means to be accredited here. 


Grades K-4
Sundays
9:00 am - 11:00 am

Our younger students are introduced to Jewish customs and celebrations, as well as Bible stories, ritual, Israel and prayer.  Students enjoy regularly scheduled worship services, music, library/storytelling, and time in the computer lab.  Grades 1-4 utilize the Union for Reform Judaism's Chai curriculum.

Grades 5-7
Sundays
11:15 am - 1:15 am

More sophisticated topics such as God and theology, history, in-depth Bible studies, Israel and Holocaust are studied by our middle school students.  
Students use the computer center and participate in special programs and projects.
